titleWhy can’t I see my grades yet? They were supposed to be visible today.
      • It may be that you haven’t submitted the required Student Assessment of Instruction (SAI) for one of your courses.
      • You must complete an SAI by the end of each of your courses that has an active enrollment of more than 5, or a hold will be placed on your student record.
      • The SAI Evaluation Hold, or Grade Hold, will prevent you from viewing your unofficial transcript, DegreeWorks audit, and your final grades.
      • Any courses where SAIs were not submitted will cause a hold that will not be removed until the Friday of grades week.

      Expand
titleHow do I view and pay my bill?
      • After you register for your courses, you may view all of your tuition and fees information in the CashNet - Pay Your Bills app in MyUWF. You can see the payment deadlines, options for payment plans, and you can pay your bill from this app. If you have any questions about your tuition and fees, please contact Student Accounts/Cashier.

      Expand
titleWhat's a "Part of Term" and how do I find out the "Part of Term" for my course?
      • A “Part of Term” (POT) is the time frame within the semester a course is taught. Some courses run over the entire semester, some run 6 or 8 weeks within the semester, and some have more uncommon time ranges. There are about 13 different Parts of Term overall.

      Expand
titleWhat is a CRN and where do I find it?
      • The CRN is the Course Reference Number.
      • It's an individual 5-digit number associated with a course offering in a given semester.

      Expand
titleWhat is an "SAI Hold" and can I still register?
      • An SAI Hold means you haven’t submitted the required Student Assessment of Instruction (SAI) for one of your current courses.
      • You must complete an SAI by the end of each of your courses that has an active enrollment of more than 5, or a hold will be placed on your student record.
      • The SAI Evaluation Hold, or Grade Hold, will NOT prevent registration.
      • The SAI Evaluation Hold, or Grade Hold, WILL prevent you from viewing your unofficial transcript, DegreeWorks audit, and your final grades.
      • Any courses where SAIs were not submitted will cause a hold that will not be removed until the Friday of grades week.

      Expand
titleWhat is the difference in a “withdrawal” and a “drop”?
      • Drops
        • If the course is still within the “Drop/Add Period” as outlined in the Official Academic Calendar, the student can drop a class from their schedule with no tuition liability and without that course being part of their academic record. The student must know the course’s Part of Term in order to find the correct Drop/Add Period in the Academic Calendar. See previous FAQ for more on “Parts of Term.”

      • Individual Course Withdrawals
        • After the Drop/Add Period, a student may withdraw from a course as long as they do so before that course’s withdrawal deadline as published in the Academic Calendar. In this case as well, the student must know the course’s Part of Term in order to find the correct withdrawal deadline in the Academic calendar. Refunds are not issued for individual course withdrawals and a “W” will be assigned for the grade that displays in the student’s academic record.

      Expand
titleHow do I find out when my tuition and fees are due?

Log into MyUWF and access the CashNet - Pay Your Bills app. This app will display your specific tuition and fees information, deadline for payment, and any payment plan options that may be available. Questions about your fees should be directed to Student Accounts.
