Duo Support Phone Number Unable to Detect Key Press

Resolved - We have tested from multiple providers and are able to confirm that key presses are registering successfully again.

Identified - We have identified the issue causing the Duo Support phone number to not be able to accept key presses in the phone tree. This issue relates to a problem with our backend phone provider and we are working with them to get it corrected as soon as possible.

RESOLVED: We have received reports of an intermittent issue with Google Meet beginning at Wednesday, 2025-07-02 11:49 PDT. Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue. We will provide an update by Wednesday, 2025-07-02 13:45 PDT with current details. We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption.

Incident began at 2025-07-02 18:40 and ended at 2025-07-02 20:02 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

A small number of users may have experienced intermittent issues connecting to or creating new Google Meet sessions.

What does this mean?
During a site outage, end users are unable to access the service meaning they are unable to access your site, nor view, edit or upload new recordings.

Our cloud operations team has identified the source of the outage and is working on a mitigation for this issue for immediate deployment. Apologies again for this disruption, please bear with us while we work to restore service as our number one priority.
