They have been able to narrow down the issue to a subset of processing tasks affecting some sessions on some customers' sites on the NA cloud. They have taken manual mitigation steps to ensure that affected sessions up to this point are processed and viewable in a timely manner while working on a permanent fix.

Resolved - The source of the outage has been mitigated and all affected recordings have been queued for processing. Our cloud operations team is monitoring performance metrics to ensure the issue remains resolved.

We are resolving this incident at this time, and Panopto engineers are completing a full root cause analysis. RCA will post here within seven days.

Resolved - From May 22nd at 22:14 UTC to May 23rd at 13:18, the Panopto NA environment experienced increased error rates. The issue impacted a subset of processing tasks affecting some sessions on some customers' sites on the NA cloud. Unexpected network traffic patterns exposed an issue with database access. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. We’ve created a bug to address the issue in a future release.
