Resolved - The issue affecting first-time access to the AI Assistant for administrators in the EU has been fully resolved, and normal functionality has been restored.

Identified - We’ve identified a problem impacting first-time access to the AI Assistant for administrators in the EU and are actively working to restore normal access. We’ll continue to share updates as progress is made.

Investigating - We are investigating an issue causing failures when administrators located in the EU attempt to access the AI Assistant for the first time. Any administrators who have used the Assistant before should still be able to at this time

Identified - Ellucian is aware that Colleague SaaS customers may be experiencing issues accessing the Self-Service, User Interface or Colleague Web API applications. Turnitin Service Incident - May 7th 2026

Resolved - We’ve fixed it!

Due to an unexpected service incident, Spanish language users may have intermittently encountered errors when accessing the AI Writing reports in Turnitin Feedback Studio. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored.

Any submissions made in the below time frame may still show an error, we are in the process of fixing these affected reports. This process may take some time. If a report is needed urgently please resubmit to generate a new AI Writing report.

The incident occurred between the following times:

PDT: Thursday, 6th May 06:25 - Thursday, 7th May 09:08
BST: Thursday, 6th May 14:25 - Thursday, 7th May 17:08
AEST: Thursday, 6th May 23:25 - Friday, 8th May 02:08

We regret any inconvenience this may have caused if you were impacted by today’s incident.
