scheduled - Webex Engineering has scheduled an extended maintenance window to support ongoing service maintenance for Webex Meeting Services. -- Scheduled Maintenance Window -- Start: Friday, December 12, 2025, 7:00 PM PST (UTC-8) Complete: Saturday, December 13, 2025, 11:59 PM PST (UTC-8) Sites recently upgraded to a new version may be reverted to the previous version during the maintenance window. The new version will be made available again at the end of maintenance. Also, any sites that had a previously communicated upgrade scheduled during this maintenance window will see their upgrades after this maintenance is completed. -- User Experience -- During the maintenance window, hosts and participants may experience the following service impacts: -NBR Recording: NBR Recording WILL be available during the maintenance period, but processing and availability of those new Network Based Recordings will be delayed for up to 24 hours after the maintenance is completed. -NBR Playback/Download: Recordings that were made prior to this maintenance WILL NOT be available during this maintenance. Plans for this maintenance are subject to change. This notice will be updated at https://status.webex.com during the maintenance period.
