FAQs

Q: How can I view the SPSS tutorials? I receive an error when I attempt to open them from within ArgoApps.

A: Visit the tutorial URL directly from your web browser.

Q: I'm having issues seeing newly created folders within the open/save dialog.

Q: Does Epi Info contain satellite and street maps?

A: This feature is no longer available as of ~Feb 2020.

Q: Certain file(s) are not working right with Google Drive

A: Some files, such as large datasets from SPSS, do not work well when stored in Google Drive. We recommend using the "Google Drive" app to transfer them to your H drive and open the file from the H drive.
