International students need to follow the step-by-step instructions below to complete the International Exchange Application.

Instructions

Step 1 - Click "Complete This Form"

Step 2 - Click "Enter contact information"

• Enter the appropriate information for your advisor at your home university
• Click Save
  
  

• Click Continue to form

Step 3 - Complete all information in Pages 1 - 7

Step 4 - Click "Next" to skip through Pages 8 - 9

Step 5 - Submit your Electronic Signature

Step 6 - Submit Additional Documentation

• Please submit copies of your passport, transcripts and other supporting documentation by email to the international advisor assigned to your school.
