Overview

Please do not hesitate to contact the ITS Help Desk when you encounter technical issues with ITS-supported services.  If you call during our posted business hours, just be sure to be in front of your computer, since we may have to remote in to your machine to investigate.

Ways to report technical issues to the ITS Help Desk

Please use one of the following three methods to report technical issues or breaches to the ITS Help Desk:

  1. Submit either a Student ITS Support Ticket (for prospective, current, or former students; or for former employees) or a Facstaff ITS Support Ticket (for current employees).
  2. Call us at 850.474.2075.
  3. Email us at helpdesk@uwf.edu.

Response times

We'll make every effort to answer calls and respond to tickets, voicemails, and emails the day that we receive them, if we received them during our posted business hours.

For tickets, voicemails, and emails we receive outside of our posted business hours, we'll respond the next time we're open.
