This page explains how F-1 students can submit the required documentation in order to verify the semester of graduation for the following purposes: Please note, submit Graduation Verification only after you have applied for Graduation.

Instructions
Log into MyUWF to Access the International Graduation Verification
You must be logged into MyUWF to access the International Graduation Verification Form.
Once logged into MyUWF, Search for "International Graduation Verification."
Click the linked text to open the International Graduation Verification.
Enter your Academic Advisor's Name and contact email ending in "@uwf.edu". DO NOT use the Navigate email.
You can find your academic advisor in Advising Status in My UWF
Review and confirm your information in the Student Section.
You will need to enter your Major in the highlighted field. Name and UWF ID should be automatically filled.
Submit the Graduation Verification Form
You will skip over the Registrar Section and International Program Section of the form. Select "Next" at the bottom of the form page to move to the electronic signature for the form.
The International Student Graduation Verification form has not been submitted until you see the confirmation screen shown here.
After Student submission of the International Student Graduation Verification Form, the remaining sections of the form will be reviewed by the Academic Advisor, Registrar and International Programs.
The Academic Advisor will review and complete the Academic Advisor Section.
The Registrar will review and complete the Registrar Section.
International Programs will complete the International Programs Section.
International Programs will review the Registrar submitted information and take action to update your program end date and issue an updated Form I-20.

Please note that it is important to keep all Forms I-20 for your records. You will need them to apply for Optional Practical Training (OPT).
