Overview
The Certified Knowledge Worker Yearly Refresher course allows employees to maintain their knowledge worker certification. It is a fully online course that features interactive training modules to help improve your cybersecurity awareness skills.
Becoming Eligible for the Refresher Course
Before you can take the refresher course, you must obtain a Knowledge Worker Certification. Upon completion of the Knowledge Worker Certification, you will have one year to take the refresher course. A reminder email will be sent to Certified Knowledge Workers 3 months prior to the certification expiring.
