Overview
Each UWF student and employee is given a Home directory; this is commonly referred to as the H: drive. This directory resides on UWF's servers and are backed up regularly.
For students and employees who are on campus, they can access their H drive on an authorized UWF computer (most UWF-owned computers are authorized). Students must use a wired connection via an Ethernet cable on campus; employees may be able to access their H drive over ArgoAir.
For students and employees who are off campus, they'll have to access their H drive via FTP (File Transfer Protocol). Employees may be able to access their H drive using RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol).
Files in the H: drive can be accessed after students and employees log in using their ArgoNet username and password.
Students are allocated 5 GB total for their H drives, while employees have unlimited space.
