Below are some common problems students may face when attempting to log in to the FloridaShines Transient Student Admission Application (located at Take a Course at Another School).


Visit Recovering Your MyUWF/ArgoNet Username or Password to confirm your username and reset your password.

Please note that FloridaShines has different password requirements than UWF does.

Please contact the ITS Help Desk by phone at (850) 474-2075 during our normal business hours and we will gladly assist you. Just be sure to be in front of your computer (a Mac or PC) when you call.  We may have to remote in to assist, and if necessary, to troubleshoot and gather additional screenshots as well. 

You may not have an active ArgoNet account, or your active ArgoNet may have been temporarily disabled because of repeated unsuccessful login attempts.
