5. Submit Form

After the course registration is completed, you may submit your State Employee Tuition Fee Waiver form to the Registrar's Office. There are three (3) different ways to submit the form:

  • EmailRegistrar@uwf.edu.
    • No Encrypted Emails.
    • Must Include UWF ID.
    • The form must be either a PNG or PDF.
  • Fax: (850) 473-7345.
    • Must Include UWF ID.
  • In Person: 11000 University Pkwy, Bldg 18 Pensacola FL 32514.
  • Must have the form printed.
  • Drop Off forms at Argo Central's front desk.

Due to the effects of COVID-19 Coronavirus, the Office of the Registrar is no longer accepting In-Person drop-offs of State Employee Tuition Fee Waivers.

Either email (PDF or a legible picture image of your form) to registrar@uwf.edu or fax (850-473-7345) your forms.


After the form is submitted, the Registrar's Office will respond with an email stating that the form has been received.
