After the form is submitted, the Registrar's Office will respond with an email stating that the form has been received.

  • Fees will be assessed with a balance due until compliance and eligibility have been approved and the fee waivers have been applied.
  • When state waiver recipients register for courses, a $100 Late Registration Fee is automatically assessed; this fee is waived by the State Employee Tuition Fee Waiver.
  • If a state waiver recipient submits their form on time, but it the waiver is not applied over the weekend, we recommend you check your email for any updates. If there are no email updates, it means that the form has not been processed by either the Registrar's Office or the Controller's Office yet.
    • When the form is processed after the first week of classes, any additional fees will be waived.
  • If a state waiver recipient submits their form after the course's first week of classes (drop/add period), the $100 Late Payment Fee may not be waived.
