Just be sure to be in front of your computer (a Mac or PC) when you call.  We may have to remote in to assist, and if necessary, to troubleshoot and gather additional screenshots as well.

titleI know my username and my password, and my password meets the requirements for FloridaShines. But I still can't get logged in.

You may not have an active ArgoNet account, or your active ArgoNet may have been temporarily disabled because of repeated unsuccessful login attempts.
