Overview

End users can access saved drafts of their Dynamic Forms submissions. End users also need to follow this procedure if they have

  • a rejected Dynamic Form submission they need to resubmit (you will be e-mailed when you receive a rejected submission, and this e-mail should contain a working link)
  • a Dynamic Form submission that requires a payment
  • a Dynamic Forms that requires your co-signature (you will be e-mailed when this occurs, and this e-mail should contain a working link)

Instructions

Step 1

Go to Dynamic Forms.

 

  1. Go to my.uwf.edu and log in.
  2. Search for and click the Dynamic Forms app.

Go to dynamicforms.ngwebsolutions.com and log in. 

You must have already created a Dynamic Forms account.

Step 2

Click the Pending/Draft Forms icons.

Step 3

Search the page for the name of the form you wish to finish submitting and click the Complete Form link.
