Citrix Workspace App was formerly known as Citrix Receiver.
Overview
If after installing Citrix Workspace you see an "Add Account" prompt every time you log in, you should enter either your UWF e-mail address or the server name argoapps.uwf.edu as the address. Please note, entering your student e-mail address may not work properly on some devices such as iPhone and iPad. For best results, use the server name previously mentioned.
There are also instructions from Citrix on how to suppress this prompt using registry changes in "Method 3" for Windows operating systems.
Instructions
- Enter the server name argoapps.uwf.edu in the "Add Account" prompt
- Enter your ARGONET credentials as shown below
