Code of Conduct for Employers and Attendees
Employers:
- Treat students, staff, and fellow employers with respect and professionalism.
- Provide accurate and honest information about opportunities and roles.
- Do not engage in discriminatory practices or unprofessional conduct.
- Comply with the university’s ethical recruiting policies.
- Secure any printed sign-in sheets, evaluation forms, or personal data collected.
- Do not collect sensitive student information (e.g., SSNs, date of birth, driver's license number, etc.).
- UWF is a tobacco-free campus, all tobacco products are prohibited. Any person found to be in the possession of, or under the influence of, drugs or alcohol during the event will be asked to leave.
Attendees (Students):
- Approach employers respectfully and professionally.
- Dress in business or business-casual attire unless otherwise specified.
- Respect employers’ time and follow the event schedule.
- Avoid inappropriate language or behavior.
