Please do not hesitate to contact the ITS Help Desk when you encounter technical issues.  If you call, just be sure to be front of your computer, since we may have to remote in to your machine to investigate.

Ways to report technical issues or breaches to the ITS Help Desk

Please use one of the following methods to report technical issues or breaches to the ITS Help Desk:

• Submit an ITS Support Ticket.
  
  • This requires active MyUWF/ArgoNet credentials.
    • If you're able to log in to MyUWF, then you likely have active MyUWF/ArgoNet credentials.
    • If you're unable to log in to MyUWF, then you either have to
      • Activate your MyUWF/ArgoNet account, or
      • Recover your MyUWF/ArgoNet username or password.
