Overview

This section tells you how to make deposits to your Nautilus Card Declining Balance account (funds on your card that roll over from term to term).

Instructions

The Nautilus Card offers a declining balance account. A deposit of $200-300 may be desirable to allow for the purchase of other goods and services, including food, copies, printing, vended beverages, and snacks.  Your account balance is displayed each time you use your card, following your transaction.

Making Deposits to Your Card

There are 3 ways to make deposits to your declining balance account.

Method 1

Students may make a deposit to their Nautilus Card online via MyUWF with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and JCB (Japan Credit Bureau International Credit Card).  Deposits/payments made online via credit card are subject to a convenience fee.

Method 2

Students may add money to their Nautilus Card at one of the convenient Automatic Deposit Machines (ADMs) located around campus. ADMs are located in the following buildings: 4, 22, 32, 72, and 86.

  • ADMs accept ones, fives, tens and twenties. Funds deposited at an ADM are added to the student’s Nautilus Card account and are available immediately.

Method 3

Students may make deposits at the Commons Service Desk using cash or check.
