Overview
UWF will automatically award associate degrees to bachelor's degree seeking students who have completed all requirements for the Associate of Arts degree. This form is used by students who wish to opt out of being automatically awarded their Associate of Arts Degree at The University of West Florida.
Instructions
Students will log into MyUWF to access this dynamic form. They will be able to complete and submit the form online.

Log into MyUWF and search for "opt out associates degree."

Student's information will prefill at the top of the form. The student will need to read the Opt-Out Statement and check the box indicating their approval.
