You were directed to this page because your office phone is being transitioned to Zoom Phone. One of the situations below likely applies to you.  Please keep in mind that "cutover day" is the day your phone number officially transfers to Zoom Phone.

1 - My old phone is gone

2 - I have both my old phone and a new phone

Your phone number has likely already been moved to Zoom Phone, and your old desk phone has been removed.

What you should do

Please follow the Getting Started with Zoom Phone instructions to begin using your phone on:

  • Your computer

  • Your university-issued device

  • Or your personal mobile device 

If you were expecting a desk phone and do not have one, contact your Zoom Phone Department POC (Point of Contact).

Good news — your new phone has already been pre-configured for you.

What you should do

  • Continue using your old phone until cutover day

  • Feel free to explore the new phone’s features

  • You may be able to place outbound calls, but your current caller ID may not appear until cutover is complete

Important

After cutover day, someone will stop by to remove your old phone.

We likely completed your setup while you were away from your office, or, if cutover day hasn't arrived yet, we were given permission to remove your old phone early.

What you should do

Please follow the Getting Started with Zoom Phone instructions to:

  • Sign in

  • Finish setup

  • Learn how to use your new phone and Zoom Phone features

Curious? We respect that.

If others in your area received calling cards and you did not, one of these is probably true:

  • You do not currently have a university phone

  • Your phone setup requires additional work

  • We were not able to access your office when we visited

If you currently use a Siemens or Cisco phone, there’s still a good chance we’ll be visiting your area on cutover day.
