Adding your UWF Google Account to the Gmail App on Android

The following instructions will assist with adding a UWF Gmail account to the Gmail app on an Android device. 

WARNING: Do not make your UWF Gmail Account the primary account on your Android device. 

Add an account

To add your UWF Gmail Account to your Gmail app, follow these steps:

1. Open the Gmail app.
2. Touch the  menu on the top left.
3. At the top, touch the down arrow to the right of your username.
4. Touch Add account.
5. Select Google account. 
6. Follow the steps on the screen to add your account. You will utilize your full email address and your ArgoNet password to add the account. 
7. After the account has been added, other Google services, such as Calendar and Contacts, will automatically be synced to your device. 

Switch between accounts

Messages on the Gmail app stay separate for each account. To switch between accounts:

1. Open the Gmail app.
2. Touch the  menu on the top left.
3. At the top left, touch the smaller circle representing the account you want to switch to.
