Why isn't Internet Explorer 11 fully supported? 

The decision to only support Internet Explorer 11 for legacy systems is reflective of Microsoft's official stance on support the web browser. Microsoft recommends using a modern web browser, as they are safer and faster. As time goes on, fewer modern sites and applications will function optimally in Internet Explorer.
