You can apply online via VA Form 22-1990e (if you have already applied skip this step). Application for Education Benefits should be completed after high school graduation. Dependents must first create an ID.me or Login.gov account and must be at least 18 years old to create this account. Service member should not sign in to their own account to apply for transferred of benefits as this may cause issues or delays.
If you are under 18, a paper form of the 22-1990e will need to be completed and mailed to the VA Regional Office. MVRC will require a copy of the certified mail or receipt of the form being mailed to the VA.

Register for Courses You will need to meet with your academic advisor to get registered for classes. About 2 hours after registering for classes, you will need to upgrade your MYUWF account to the expanded version.
