Canvas Integration

The Canvas-Zoom LTI integration allows instructors to schedule and manage online class meetings with their students. Students can join a scheduled Zoom meeting directly from the Canvas Zoom interface. Zoom meetings scheduled from within a Canvas course will automatically appear on the course Calendar, as well as send an email notification to students. ITS Recommendation:

Do not use for FERPA or Protected communications

Ensure you are using the latest desktop client possible and make sure you keep this client software updated at all times. Zoom, as the current leading videoconferencing platform is the target of most hacking attempts.
