Zoom is a cloud-based software that allows your instructor to moderate an online meeting with students.


Zoom Meetings 

In a Zoom meeting, your instructor may use the following options:

  • If your instructor is using Zoom within Canvas, a Zoom link will appear in the course menu. You will be able to see upcoming meetings and any recordings your instructor has created.
When a new meeting is created in the course, students

Access Cloud Recordings

Some instructors may record Zoom meetings that you can view later. In Canvas, you will be able to view recordings from the Zoom link in the course menu. In the tabbed menu on the Zoom, page click Cloud Recordings.
