Zoom Meetings 

In a Zoom meeting, your instructor may use the following options:

• If your instructor is using Zoom within Canvas, a Zoom link will appear in the course menu. You will be able to see upcoming meetings and any recordings your instructor has created.

• If your instructor schedules the meeting through Canvas, you will receive a

• Canvas notification,

• and

• a calendar event

• will be placed

• on the course calendar. The link to

• the Zoom meeting will

• be located in the notification and calendar event

• Students can use the text-based

• In-meeting chat

•  to ask questions
• Instructors can set up personal one to one meetings with students
• Instructors can share polls with students

Access Cloud Recordings

Some instructors may record Zoom meetings that you can view later. In Canvas, you will be able to view recordings from the Zoom link in the course menu. In the tabbed menu on the Zoom, page click Cloud Recordings.
