- Your Degree Works audit is available if it shows "Active Catalog." If your catalog year is 2015, then once the catalog is finalized, you will see "Active Catalog." Until that time, the information in your audit is based on 2014 information.
- Your Degree Works audit is not available if it shows "MAJOR BLOCK NOT FOUND. SEE YOUR ADVISOR." If your catalog year is before 20112008, you are likely to see this message. In this case, please continue to use your SASS audit as a guide. Check your Degree Works audit again in October.
Catalog Year
- Degree Works will display catalog years 2011 or later.
- SASS will display catalog years before 2010. Students in these catalog years should be able to use Degree Works beginning in October 2014.
- If you have multiple catalog years, such as your minor has the catalog year of 2010, but your program is 2011, then you will see your program audit, but not the minor. Again, by the first week of October, we hope to have the 2010 catalog active Contact your advisor for more information.
