Please do not hesitate to contact the ITS Help Desk when you encounter technical issues. If you call, just be sure to be front of your computer, since we may have to remote in to your machine to investigate.
Ways to report technical issues or breaches to the ITS Help Desk
Please use one of the following methods to report technical issues or breaches to the ITS Help Desk:
- Submit an ITS Support Ticket.
- This requires active MyUWF/ArgoNet credentials.
- If you're able to log in to MyUWF, then you likely have active MyUWF/ArgoNet credentials.
- If you're unable to log in to MyUWF, then you either have to
- Call us at 850.474.2075 during our posted business hours.
- If you call outside of our posted business hours, please leave a message, and call you back when we're open.
- Email us at helpdesk@uwf.edu.
- If you email us during our posted business hours, we'll make every effort to reply to your email that day.
- If you email us outside of our posted business hours, we'll reply when we're open.
