Once the BeyondTrust session has begun, the app will provide a chat channel. Click the camera icon in the top right (for Android) or at the bottom of the screen (for iOS).
After clicking this camera icon, your device may prompt you to allow camera access, or Bomgar view access to see what the camera sees. Accept these permissions.
