Please do not hesitate to contact the ITS Help Desk when you encounter technical issues.  If you call, just be sure to be front of your computer, since we may have to remote in to your machine to investigate.

Ways to report technical issues or breaches to the ITS Help Desk

Please use only one of the following methods to report technical issues or breaches to the ITS Help Desk:

• Submit an ITS Support Ticket
  
  • This requires MyUWF/ArgoNet credentials.
    
    • Activating your MyUWF/ArgoNet Account
    • Recovering Your MyUWF/ArgoNet Username or Password
• Call 850.474.2075 during our posted business hours
• Email us at helpdesk@uwf.edu
