Becoming Eligible for the Refresher Course

Before you can take the refresher course, you must obtain a You must first have obtained a Knowledge Worker Certification. Upon completion of the Knowledge Worker CertificationThereafter (around 9 moths later), you will have one year be eligible to take the refresher course. A reminder email will be sent to all Certified Knowledge Workers 3 months prior to the their certification expiring. You will be eligible to take the course again each year after receiving this message.
