Your certification should appear in SCOOP within an hour. If your certification does not show as complete within an hour, please contact the ITS Help Desk at (850) 474-2075. Your Knowledge Worker Yearly Refresher certification will remain valid for one year after the completion date of this training. You will receive a reminder email 3 months prior to the expiration of the certification. At the time the email is received, you will be eligible to take the training again. This cycle will repeat annually.

Verify with your DISRep you are claimed to a department and that you have already obtained the initial Knowledge Worker Certification. If both of these requirements are met and you still cannot view the refresher certification, contact the ITS Help Desk at (850) 474-2075 so that we may investigate further. Enter answer here |
