Overview

Bomgar InSight allows UWF's technical support teams to use the camera on your mobile device to see what you see. This is beneficial for troubleshooting hardware problems, or verifying identification.  Visit the BeyondTrust InSight webpage for a brief video explaining how this application works.

You have complete control over what your camera is pointing at, and when your camera streams its live feed to UWF's technical support teams.  The UWF technical support staff member will end the live stream before the call ends.  Or if you wish, you may deactivate this camera-view function earlier in the call by simply closing the app.
