's technical support teams to use the camera on your mobile device to see what you see. This is beneficial for troubleshooting hardware problems, or verifying identification.

You have complete control over what your camera is pointing at, and when your camera streams its live feed to UWF's technical support teams. The UWF technical support staff member will end the live stream before the call ends. Or if you wish, you may deactivate this camera-view function earlier in the call by simply closing the app.
Instructions
Step 1
Please download Download the Bomgar Support Client app (Or BeyondTrust for Android) or the BeyondTrust Support app (for iOS) from the App Store or Google Play.
Step 2
After install, open the application and you Open the app. You will see a menus screen similar to the screenshot below. Please
- For Site Name, enter supportdesk.uwf.edu.
- For Session Key, provide the seven-digit code that the UWF technical support staff member gives you.
Press Start after you've completed the above fields. for the site name.The Representative over the phone will provide a session key to enter. Press the start button once all information is entered.
Step 3
Once connected in, it the Bomgar session has begun, the app will provide a chat channel. Click on the camera icon in the top right (for Android) or at the bottom of the screen (for iOS) after the session starts. Their .
After clicking this camera icon, your device may prompt you to allow camera access, or Bomgar view access to see what the camera shows. This will need to be allowed to proceedsees. Accept these permissions.

Step 4
The Representative UWF technical support staff member will now be able to see what you your camera sees using the device's camera.
