Overview


This page reviews the process for UWF students to apply for international exchange study with one of UWF's partner institutions outside of the US. Placements at partner institutions are limited to currently enrolled, degree-seeking UWF students. Deadlines for UWF approval for international exchange are dependent upon exchange deadlines at partner institutions. UWF students should complete the UWF application for International Exchange by the following dates:

Fall semester Exchange: Apply with International Affairs by March 15

Spring Semester Exchange: Apply with International Affairs by August 15

Summer Semester Exchange: Apply with International Affairs by March 15

Some programs may be open for application after the listed date. Please contact International Affairs at studyabroad@uwf.edu to confirm which programs are currently open for exchange application.


Instructions

Follow these instructions to complete the International Exchange Application Form. 

Visit the UWF Global Hub and Login using your UWF credentials

Navigate to https://uwf.globalcampus.app/ and find the Exchange program section

Select the program you are interested in applying for

Click through all the programs to view details including dates, activities, prices, and course associated with the program.


Click the Apply button at the top or bottom of the page

Complete the form in it's entirety

Enter all your information


Upload your passport photos:

Respond Regarding Conduct History

Reply to each question and include details if you answer yes to either question.  

Conduct History Questions

Complete the Study Abroad General Data Protection Regulation Notification


Complete the Study Abroad Program Agreement, Waiver, and Release


Sign the Form Electronically

At the end of the agreement, confirm you have read the full agreement and agree by checking the final section.

After submitting the electronic form linked in this step, your application will be processed and you will receive additional information from UWF International Affairs.
