Sharing privacy policies for required technologies is a best practice that supports student trust, transparency, and informed consent. This list includes links to the privacy policies of third-party tools currently approved in Canvas and aligns with Quality Matters Standard 6.5: "Links to privacy policies for all external tools required in the course." Faculty are encouraged to share these policies with students, especially when tools require account creation or collect personal data.
