This article explains how to print from a USB at a device at a MFP. 

Printing a File in USB Memory

Files in a USB memory device connected to the machine are printed from the operation panel of the machine without using the printer driver.

When the printer driver of the machine is not installed on your PC, you can copy a file into a commercially available USB memory device and connect the device to the machine to print the file directly.

Step 1:

Swipe your card at the device.

Step 2:

Insert the USB Drive

Step 3:

Tap the "Access the Device" button

Step 4:

Select your "Personal account"

Step 5:

Tap the "HDD File retrieve" button

Step 6:

Select the file(s) you wish to print

Step 7:

Remove the USB from the MFP

Step 8:

Log Out of the MFP
