AbstractHours of Work and Benefits. The University of West Florida provides information on benefits available to all employees and shall implement and communicate the general hours of work and procedures for the utilization, accrual, and access of leave for all employees.  The University complies with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) for hours of work and benefits purposes.
