Why isn't Internet Explorer 11 supported? 

The decision of ITS to only support Internet Explorer 11 for legacy systems is reflective of Microsoft's official stance on their browser. Microsoft recommends using a modern web browser, as they are safer and faster. As time goes on, fewer modern sites and applications will function optimally in Internet Explorer.
