Overview
In addition to baseline word processing skills and sending/receiving email with attachments, students may be expected to search the internet and upload / download files. Students may need one or more of the following plug-ins:

- QuickTime Player: https://support.apple.com/downloads/quicktime
- Windows Media Player 12 that is available on Windows 10 will play Apple QuickTime movies (.mov). If students experience an issue with playing media files we recommend VLC media player.
- It is a free, portable, and open source media player that will play most all audio files including .mov file extensions.
