Overview


End users can access saved drafts of their Dynamic Forms submissions. End users also need to follow this procedure if they have

  • a rejected Dynamic Form submission that they need to resubmit (end users will be e-mailed through Dynamic Forms when they receive a rejected submission, and this e-mail should contain a link to the Accessing saved Dynamic Forms submission drafts Confluence page.)
  • a Dynamic Form submission that requires their signature (end users will be e-mailed through Dynamic Forms when this occurs, and this e-mail should contain a working link to the submission requiring a co-signature)


Instructions

Step 1

Go to Dynamic Forms.

If you have a MyUWF/Argonet account (UWF students, faculty, staff)

  1. Go to my.uwf.edu and log in.
    1. Visit Recovering Your MyUWF/ArgoNet Username or Password if you can't log in.
  2. Search for and click the Dynamic Forms app.

If you do not have an Argonet account (parents, applicants, etc)

  1. Create a Dynamic Forms account first if you haven't already.
  2. Then, go to dynamicforms.ngwebsolutions.com and log in.


Step 2

Click the Pending/Draft Forms button. Depending on your access, this may be inside the My Forms menu.

Step 3

Search the page for the name of the form you wish to finish submitting and click ActionsComplete Form.
