Abstract
This policy establishes the criteria that FRS Retirees must satisfy to render services postretirement, along with their responsibility to adhere to the laws of the State of Florida, Board of Governors regulations, and University of West Florida regulations, polices, and procedures governing such services. These obligations are explicitly tailored to the individual's retirement plan.
