The University of West Florida is transitioning campus telecommunications services from our legacy phone systems to Zoom Phone today.
UWF has officially migrated over to Zoom Phone! All UWF number porting is complete. You should now have access to your assigned line via the Zoom Workplace application. The ITS Help Desk is also available to assist at (850) 474-2075 or via email at helpdesk@uwf.edu. |
Ensure that you have installed and signed in to the Zoom Workplace application using your UWF credentials. If you have been assigned a desk phone or headset, verify that it is connected and functioning properly. For setup instructions, training materials, and information about using Zoom Phone on your computer, mobile device, or desk phone, visit Getting Started with Zoom Phone. |
Phone number migrations will begin on Tuesday, June 16 at approximately 10:30am CT. Most users will experience little to no interruption in service; however, brief service interruptions may occur while numbers are being ported. |

First, sign out of and back into the Zoom Workplace application. If the issue persists, restart your computer and verify that you have an internet connection. If you continue to experience problems, join the live support session or contact the ITS Help Desk. |
