Directions on how to create a profile on the RecWell Fusion Portal for non-UWF affiliated patrons. The portal is used for patrons to sign the release of liability form for Recreation and Wellness Facilities (The Rec Center and The Aquatic Center), register for specific programs, buy a day pass and more. 


Step 1: Navigate to the RecWell Fusion portal at: https://recwell.uwf.edu/

Step 2: Click "Sign In"

Step 3: Click "Sign Up"

Step 4: Click the "First Name (required)" and "Last Name (required)" field and enter your first and last name. ***Enter a preferred name if applicable.

Step 5: Click "Next"

Step 6: Select your "date of birth".

Step 7: Click the "Phone Number (required)" field and input your phone number.

Step 8: Click "Next"

Step 9: Type in your email and Click the "Password (required)" field and type in your password.

Step 10: Click the "I wish to be contacted for news and promotional offers" field.

Step 11: Click "Create Account"

Step 12: To Sign the Waiver: Click "notification_important"

Step 13: Click Facility Access Waiver.

Step 14: Read and Click "Accept Now"
