Overview

Yuja is a video platform that is integrated with Canvas. This page will provide information and resources on Yuja. Yuja will replace Panopto beginning in May 2025. 

Instructions

Yuja is available for video capture, editing, and management for faculty, staff, and students. Yuja provides several advanced accessibility, editing, quizzing, publishing features, and 24/7 live support.

Important Dates

  • March 19, 2025 - Yuja was turned on in Canvas.
  • (Tentative) May 7-9, 2025 - Panopto Videos will be transitioned to Yuja.
  • (Tentative) May 7, 2025 - Access to Panopto will be removed from Canvas but available at https://uwf.hosted.panopto.comLinks to an external site until July 28th.  
  • July 28, 2025 - The Panopto contract ends.
