Parts of Term (POT) are the designated dates within a full semester or term. Courses that begin/end in different parts of term may have different add/drop periods that could potentially affect tuition charges/refunds issued to students.

Due to the varying beginning and ending dates of POT 5-9, Web Registration for these terms will be the first 7 days of the month of the PoT. To withdraw from a POT 5-9 course, contact registrar@uwf.edu

POT 1= Full semester (16 weeks in Fall and Spring, 12 weeks in Summer)
POT 2= First half of semester (8 weeks in Fall and Spring, 6 weeks in Summer)
POT 3= Second half of semester (8 weeks in Fall and Spring, 6 weeks in Summer)
POT 4= Summer last 8 week part of term
POT 5-9 are used for varying dates that do not fit into other Parts of Term.

POT 10 = Summer first 8 week part of term
POT 20 = Winter term, limited use to sections over winter break
POT 90 = Second half of semester for OPM Programs-used in summer only (7 weeks)
POT 91-95= ABA Starts and used Summer, Fall, Spring. Dates change each term
POT 96= First half of semester for OPM Programs-used in summer only (7 weeks)
Use an expand section for each FAQ that you want to include. Copy and paste the expand section to create a new question. Make sure to edit the title of the expand section. Please remove this section if there are no FAQs.
