Per the Requirements for your Tuition Assistance (TA), grades must be posted at the end of each of your TA-funded courses. Due to the requirements in our DoD MOU, we must have a Release of Information on file to authorize the University to release your grades to your education center. 


We will need you to follow these instructions to update your Contacts and Privacy to allow us to submit your grades:


 1.Log into your MyUWF account and search Contact and Privacy

 2. Once in Contact and Privacy app, select 'Info Release' tab located on the far right

3.  In the Info Release tab, select '+Create Release' button

4. In the 'Name' section you will need to include the name of the portal where we will be posting your grades. Type in branch listed below that applies to you: 

·         Air Force – Air Force Virtual Education Center /  Academic Institution portal

·         Army – Army IgnitED / Academic Institution portal

·         Coast Guard – MyCG Education / Academic Institution Module portal

·         National Guard (EDD) -   Florida National Guard Virtual Education Center / Academic Institution portal

·         Navy - MyNavy Education / Academic Institution Module portal

·         Marines – My Education / Academic Institution Module portal


             Snippet displays Release of Information, Name is highlighted to indicate where students should type in their branch of service to allow us to post their grades.


5. Under 'Relationship' type 'Funding'

           Snippet displays Release of Information, Relationship is highlighted with the word 'Funding' in the text box. This is what students should add to this section.



6. Select all the options in the Academic History section



7. Hit 'Save' at the bottom right of the page.

Note: Releases are created for up to one year at a time existing releases will need to be extended.
