Step 1:
- Download the student list for the current term from the Financial Tableau for each agent.
- Send each agent their student list for cross-checking.
- Timing: Complete this at the start of the Fall and Spring terms after the drop/add week.

Step 2:
- Enter each student's information into the correct tab in the Recruiter Student List Spreadsheet.
- Make sure all the required fields are filled in for each student.
- Timing: Do this after agents have cross-checked and approved their lists.
Step 3:
- Provide the Director of Budgets with a detailed breakdown of the estimated commission costs.
- Timing: Complete this by the second month of the Fall and Spring terms.

Step 4:
- Verify and update the payment status of each student in the Recruiter Student List Spreadsheet.
- Initial next to the updated entries, then notify Reviewer #2.
- Timing: Do this once students have paid their tuition, housing, and meal fees in full.
Step 5:
- Request agents to submit the Verification of Qualified Enrollment for Service Fee Payment form for each eligible student via Dynamic Forms.
- Timing: Complete this after the final payment plan deadline.
Step 6:
- Once the agent has submitted all required dynamic forms and the respective students have paid their tuition, housing, and meal fees, the agent should send you an invoice for that term's commission payment for their students.
- Note: Agents need to submit a separate invoice for IEP students.
- Timing: Complete this after the final payment deadline.
Important Deadlines and Information:
- Payment Requirement: Student fees (tuition, housing, and meals) must be fully paid before agents can receive their commission.
- Spreadsheet Updating: Start updating the Recruiter Student List spreadsheet at the start of the term after drop/add week. Invoices should be processed at the end of the term after the payment plan deadline date.
- File Location: The Recruiter Student List Spreadsheets + related materials is in the Commission Payments Google Drive Folder.
- Invoice Submission Window: Agents can submit invoices up to 90 days after the end of the Fall and Spring terms.
