Faculty, staff, and students can reach the ITS Help Desk at 850-474-2075. The hours of phone operation are listed below. After 5:00 p.m., the Help Desk staff provide remote assistance. When you call after 5:00 p.m., please leave a message and one of our support staff will return your call.
