I am attempting to complete my section of a form, and I have to enter the contact information for another form participant. Dynamic Forms keeps telling me "This email is already in use." What should I do?

Most likely, you are attempting to enter your own e-mail address. The particular form you're submitting may not allow an email address to match to more than one signer.

Either enter another e-mail address or contact the office or department that created your form.
